Why choose Pocketshop for your shop?

Give customers a place to check products and prices before they message you. A basket collects their selections, so you can start the conversation with an itemised request.

You keep the conversation on WhatsApp, where you can confirm stock, discuss delivery and answer questions. We handle the setup, then you manage products and store details through your private edit link.

Pocketshop questions,
answered

Who is Pocketshop for?

Businesses that want customers to browse a product catalogue and send an organised order request on WhatsApp. It can suit a focused retail catalogue where the seller confirms each order personally.

Is this a full e-commerce checkout?

Pocketshop prepares a WhatsApp order request. The seller confirms availability, payment and delivery. If you need automatic card payments, shipping integrations or more complex order processing, discuss a full e-commerce store with us.

Does a WhatsApp message mean an order has been paid?

No. A message is a request. Confirm the items and final total with the customer, then verify payment before dispatch. Bank-transfer details can be shown where configured; the storefront does not verify a transfer for you.

Can I use my own store name and products?

Yes. Your storefront uses your store name, product catalogue, photos and WhatsApp number. Send your product details and branding assets so we can configure your Pocketshop.

Can customers outside my delivery area order?

Configured delivery areas can be checked before checkout. Tell us the area names and fees you use so the rules match how your shop delivers.

How will I update products?

You receive a private edit link protected by a secret authentication key. Use the owner studio to add products, change prices, manage stock and update store details. Keep the edit link and authentication key private; customers use your public storefront link.

What does Pocketshop cost?

Pocketshop costs ₦150,000 as a one-time payment. There is no subscription, monthly renewal or annual renewal fee. You can manage the catalogue yourself through your private edit link.

Do customers need to install an app?

They can browse through a link in a browser. The prototype also supports installing the storefront as a web app on compatible devices.

What do you need to build mine?

Your store name, WhatsApp number, product list, clear photos, prices and options, delivery areas and payment instructions. If some details are missing, we help you organise the setup brief.
